Position Description
Join our team as a Strategic Packaging Expert, where your expertise in packaging design and industry trends will shape innovative solutions and support our global operations.
Your tasks will include:
- Strategic Packaging Design: Define future packaging requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry norms. Plan and schedule projects to meet these needs.
- Operations Alignment: Manage and evolve our operations standard packaging materials list, collaborating with teams to support new product launches, sometimes with unique requirements.
- Industry Expertise: Objectively assess relevant packaging industry options, collaborate with our Prototyping Team and stay ahead of market trends.
- Sustainability Goals: Identify optimization projects.
Develop and implement global plans to achieve packaging KPIs, such as percentage of recycled content, in order to adhere to the future regulatory environment.
